FIELD KEPT EQUINE CARE
(includes two visits per day)
  • Feeding and watering - clean buckets as needed

  • Fly masks, blankets on/off if required
These rates serve as a guide and will be finalized upon initial consultation.
  • 1 horse: $30.00 per day
  • 2-3 horses: $35.00 per day
  • 4 horses: $45.00 per day

STABLED EQUINE CARE
(includes two visits per day)
  • Feeding and watering - clean buckets as needed
  • Supplements/medications as required
  • Inspection of horse
  • Fly masks, blankets on/off if required
  • Turn in/out
  • Clean stall
These rates serve as a guide and will be finalized upon initial consultation.
  • 1 horse: $35.00 per day
  • 2-3 horses: $45.00 per day
  • 4 horses: $55.00 per day
  • 5 or more: please contact for quote
 
SMALL ANIMAL  CARE
(visits will be about 20 - 30 minutes)
$15.00 per visit includes
  • Feeding
  • Fresh water
  • Medications if necessary
  • Playtime/walk 
  • Inspection of animal
  • Poop scooping
ADDITIONAL EQUINE SERVICES
  • Grooming: $5.00 per horse
  • Exercising (longeing, hand walking): $10.00 per horse
  • Bandaging/wound care: $5.00 per horse
  • Hold for farrier/vet during scheduled visit: $5.00 per horse
  • Hold for farrier/vet - not during scheduled visit: $25.00 per visit
  • Clipping: please contact for quote
  • Saddle/bridle cleaning/conditioning: please contact for quote
INCLUDED SERVICES
  • Bring in mail/newspaper
  • Change lights/blinds
  • Put chlorine in pool

HOLIDAY FEES
An additional $5.00  fee per visit will be charged on the following holidays:
  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day 
GAS SURCHARGE

Luckie Horse Haven is located in Shoemakersville, PA. There will be a gas surcharge of 50 cents per mile over 10 miles per day.

For example, if you live 20 miles from us, it will be 10 x .50 per day (10 miles over) for a total of an extra $5.00 per day.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • First time clients must pay a 50% deposit at time of booking and balance is due upon completion of services (you will be invoiced). Finial payment is due within 10 days of invoicing.
  • Returning clients will receive an invoice upon completion of service and payment is due within 10 days.
  • For services lasting longer than one week, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
LONG TERM RATES
For services lasting longer than one week, a discount may be calculated upon consultation.
